This melt in your mouth mammoth steak is taken from the whole Beef loin, this cut has the best of both worlds. On one side of the bone is a piece of tender fillet; on the other side is a piece of flavoursome sirloin steak. Our 28 day dry aged T-bone steaks are best seasoned with salt and pepper, then quickly pan-fried, grilled or Braaied / Barbecued. A thick T-bone (about 700g/1lb 8oz) will feed two people generously. Great when basted with Jimmy’s Sauce which is available in our sauce section.
